Balor, the current WWE tag-team champion, had the opportunity to meet Postecoglou alongside his tag-team partner JD McDonagh. Balor revealed that McDonagh had asked the Australian coach whether he wanted to hold the 'title belt' as the trio posed for a photograph. Balor reported that Postecoglou's answer gave him goosebumps as the Australian responded: "Nah mate, that’s yours, you gotta earn nice things!"

Postecoglou seems to have left the same impression on the Irish wrestler as he has on the majority of Spurs fans.
