The ex-Oasis frontman, who is known to be a fan of the Cityzens, had hit out at Shearer after the England legend questioned Pep Guardiola over his rant against the FA regarding the scheduling of their FA Cup semi-final clash against Chelsea just three days after their Champions League fixture against Real Madrid.
